Most leadership development skips the hardest part.
It teaches competencies. It builds skills.
What it rarely builds is the capacity to stay clear under pressure, set direction that lands, and build systems that work without you in the room.
I spent over two decades in HR, fourteen of them leading the people team at CARFAX. As CHRO, I helped the company triple in size and built a culture that grew with it. When people love where they work and do their best work because of it, something is working. That showed up in over thirty Great Place to Work recognitions.
What I learned over twenty years in HR, and what the work since has confirmed, is what makes leaders effective.
When leaders create safety, people say what they really think.
When direction is clear, teams align.
When systems are strong, people take ownership.
The team moves together. Confidence grows. People act. Work flows.
Momentum builds. Effort compounds. Success no longer depends on any one leader. That's resilience.
Three capacities: Bandwidth, Bearing, and Reach.
That's Leadership Coherence.
Adrienne Webster
Founder & Leadership Coach, OjasityI started Ojasity because I kept seeing the same pattern: when leaders have space to build real capacity, everything changes. The team steps up. The work gets better. When they step back, nothing stalls.
Ojasity is inspired by the Sanskrit term ojas. In Ayurvedic tradition, ojas is the vital energy associated with mental clarity, strength, immunity, and composure. It's the quality that allows leaders to remain grounded when things get hard, through inner capacity cultivated over time.

Twenty years building teams and developing leaders.
Three bodies of work shape everything I do.
The Track Record
I joined CARFAX early and stayed fourteen years, leading the people team for twelve of them as CHRO. The company grew from startup to market leader. We tripled in size, opened offices in four countries, and earned Great Place to Work recognition over thirty times.
Those years taught me what it takes to keep teams steady through growth that tests everything.
Coaching
I've been in the rooms you're in. The big decisions, the growth milestones, the moments where you're figuring it out in real time. I also built leadership training that held above 85% satisfaction for nine straight years.
I know what becomes possible when leaders give themselves space to grow.

Body-Based Practice
Bandwidth is the first capacity for a reason. How regulated your nervous system is shapes how clearly you think, how patient you are, and how much space you can hold for your team. This isn't background work. It's the foundation everything else stands on.
I study and practice this because I've seen what it does. Leaders who build this capacity don't just feel better. They lead differently. Their teams feel it before anyone names it.

The real work happens in the conversation.
No pitch. No pressure. Just a conversation about where you are and whether this is the right fit.
