About Ojasity
Step into who you’realready becoming.
Hi, I’m Adrienne.
I’m a lifelong student of the human experience. I founded Ojasity to work with people navigating consequential moments who want to live a more truthful, integrated, and generous life.
My work brings together executive experience, leadership development, coaching, contemplative and embodied practice, and end-of-life work. Each offers a different lens. Together, they deepen the conversation.

Why Ojasity
The most important questions rarely stay in one part of life.
For more than 25 years, I’ve guided leaders and organizations through growth, change, and consequential decisions. As the former CHRO of CARFAX, I worked with leaders to build a high-performing culture and mission-driven teams. As a Georgetown-trained, ICF-credentialed coach, I work with leaders to see clearly, choose deliberately, and create the conditions for others to contribute fully.
That work is only part of how I show up in a room. Years of yoga, meditation, and embodied practice have taught me to draw on the wisdom of the body, notice what the nervous system is already telling us, and work with what’s present. As an INELDA-trained death doula and death educator, I’ve sat close to questions of meaning, mortality, and what lives on. That work continually deepens my understanding of what it means to live generously.
Practical judgment. Somatic awareness. An unflinching relationship with mortality. Together, they shape how I listen in every conversation, regardless of what brings you here.
How we live influences how we lead. How we lead lives on in others.
The idea behind the name
Vitality for the whole of life.
Ojasity is inspired by ojas, a concept rooted in Ayurveda and associated with vital essence, steadiness, and resilience.
Ojasity is about living generously: bringing the whole of who you are into how you live, lead, and leave.
One person. One coherent life.
Experience behind the work
Range matters when the question is consequential.

A few things you may be wondering
Why does Ojasity bring Live, Lead, and Leave under one umbrella?
Ojasity works with the whole person. The way we live shapes how we meet other people. The way we lead shapes what others carry forward. Together, those choices influence what continues after a role, chapter, or life changes.
Live, Lead, and Leave are three pathways to start a conversation, but one conversation can often encompass all three, and we always work with what’s important to you, so that you bring more of yourself to an integrated life.
What experience does Adrienne Webster bring to the work?

What does the name Ojasity mean?
Ojasity is inspired by ojas, an Ayurvedic concept associated with the essence of vitality, steadiness, and resilience.
Ojasity brings that inspiration into a contemporary coaching question: What does it mean to live, lead, and leave well?
In a complimentary first conversation, we’ll name what matters now and see whether Ojasity feels like the right fit.
