Who this is for

Something in your life may be changing.

A career transition, retirement, caregiving season, loss, or meaningful change has opened a question about what comes next.

A role or identity that once fit no longer feels large enough for who you are now.

You want your choices to reflect what matters now, not only what has carried you this far.

You want reflection that includes the body as well as the thinking mind.

How we work

The Ojasity Practice.

3ways. Live generously.

Pollinate

Stay open. Share what you value.

Cultivate

Choose what nourishes.

Generate

Live intentionally.

What may be ready to change

What we may explore together.

Notice what is true

We clarify the values, needs, and patterns shaping your life now and use them to guide choices, boundaries, and relationships.

Loosen what no longer fits

We examine roles and stories you’ve outgrown so there’s more room to evolve.

Listen to the body

We notice your body’s signals and what restores steadiness, energy, and the capacity to choose.

Choose deliberately

We turn reflection into choices and small, honest experiments, then learn from what changes.

A few things you may be wondering

What is Life and Identity Coaching?

Life and Identity Coaching creates space to clarify what matters, examine identities and roles that may be changing, and make choices that feel more congruent with who you are now.

The work may include values, career transitions, boundaries, relationships, embodied awareness, and the shape of the life you want to live next.

Do I need to have a clear goal before beginning?

No. You may arrive with a defined transition or decision, or only a sense that something no longer fits.

We begin with what is already asking for your attention. Clarity often develops through conversation, reflection, and small experiments.

Is life coaching a substitute for therapy?

No. Ojasity provides coaching, guided reflection, and optional embodied and contemplative practices. It does not provide psychotherapy, trauma treatment, diagnosis, or clinical mental health care.

Coaching may complement therapy when the work remains within a clearly defined coaching scope.

You don’t need to know exactly what comes next. Start with what feels important now.

Let’s find out
what’s possible for you.
