Focused Conversation
One conversation for a decision, transition, or question that needs time and attention.
It can stand alone or help clarify whether more work would be useful.
Coaching Partnership
A defined series or ongoing relationship for work that benefits from reflection and practice over time.
Most ongoing partnerships meet every two weeks.
Leadership and Team Engagement
Executive coaching, team coaching, facilitated leadership conversations, retreats, and leadership development.
Each engagement is shaped around the organization, the people involved, and what the work requires.

What happens after I reach out?
We begin with a complimentary 30-minute conversation. We’ll talk about what brings you here, what you want to explore, and whether working together feels like a good fit. Nothing formal to prepare, and no commitment is required.
Is coaching confidential?
Coaching conversations are private. Confidentiality, record keeping, and any applicable exceptions are explained before an engagement begins.
When an organization sponsors coaching, any progress reporting is agreed in advance and does not include the contents of individual coaching conversations.
Is coaching virtual or in person, and what does it cost?
Coaching is available virtually and in person in the Washington, DC metro area. Team engagements and retreats may also be held virtually or in person depending on the group.
The investment depends on the shape of the work. You’ll receive the full investment, scheduling expectations, and terms before deciding whether to proceed.
